**About Us**:
**Role**: Marketing & Administrative Executive

**Salary**:£23,000 - 25,000 per annum depending on experience.

**Location**: Hill Fitness Gym Equipment 77A Ballynahinch Road Dromore BT251DT

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

**Reports to**: Managing Director

**Desirable skills**:
Experience with photography / videography (tailored to social media)

Experience using photo & video editing software.

Experience running paid social media campaigns.

Proficient in Word & Excel.

Ability to speak on camera with confidence for social media stories & posts.

Basic knowledge of fitness & gym equipment derived from in gym training experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Create & implement a marketing strategy with a view towards increasing brand awareness, developing customer relationships & ultimately growing revenue.

Create a diverse range of engaging content for social media channels: Instagram | Facebook | Tik Tok

Manage all social media channels and engage with customers.

Run paid social media advertising campaigns.

Post & repost advertisements on various online classifieds.

Work on company website: producing compelling copy for product listings & making amendments to existing content.

Take stock photos of products for company website listings.

Process customer orders & offer tailored advice to aid buying decisions.

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (using xero).

Other ad hoc duties to include occasionally assisting with warehousing & order fulfilment if needed.
