**Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (+Annual Bonus Scheme)**

The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established, and forward-thinking organisation. My client is part of a highly successful international organisation, and they are very passionate about their employee's as well as delivering an excellent service at all levels externally to their customers.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for following our client's mission, by being somebody who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, building effective relationships and going above and beyond at every opportunity. You will work closely alongside the Account Management and Business Development team, providing Administrative support.

Your daily responsibilities as an Administrator could include:

- Handling all inbound customer and sales enquiries, ensuring that you deliver an excellent customer experience and resolving enquiries in the first point of call.
- Sourcing and providing customers market leading quotations, which will generate in sales orders.
- Aftercare to new and previous users - maintaining effective business relationships.
- Creating and generating weekly/monthly reports on Sales performance to Senior Management Level using Excel.
- Analyzing data, looking for trends/changes, using both Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
- Maintaining an accurate inhouse and CRM system.
- Attending Sales Meetings - Suggesting new ideas to grow sales orders and generating leads.
- Providing additional administrative support to the sales team, to support with business success.

The successful Administrator, will ideally have previous experience within a similar role as listed above, and be looking to take the next step in your career. You will be a positive, customer focused individual that can demonstrate a confident and engaging approach. You will be able to work effectively using your own initiative and work collaboratively within a team focussed environment. It is essential that you have strong attention to detail and able to prioritise your workload. What is essential is that you have strong IT skills, including being confident on Excel, using spreadsheets and reporting.
