**HR Advisor needed in Hereford £13.43 per hrPAYE - Reference: RQ749273**

**This role will involve:**
- To provide a professional, high quality advice and support service including delivery of interventions, on the full range of HR matters to managers
- To support all aspects of the HR Business Partner’s work as required
- To contribute to the development of Hoople and its HR function in line with its vision and values
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
- To develop and maintain trusted relationships with managers in line with their and the wider organisation’s visions and values
- To advise managers on employment law and employee terms and conditions providing appropriate interpretation. These will vary dependent upon the customer’s organisation and the contents of individual employees’ contracts of employment..
- To effectively manage complex and non-complex casework e.g. gross misconduct, collective grievances, suspensions, etc

**This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.**
