**Job Title**:IT Business Partner

**Reporting to**:Information & Communication Manager

**Purpose of the Position**:
The jobholder will be responsible for project managing IT software roll outs across the UK & RoI.

Working alongside the IT Support Officer and with Axians, this role will support Omexom in assuring an efficient and successful software roll outs and training to meet the business needs.

The role is highly mobile, and the jobholder will visit our offices and sites delivering formal and adhoc training sessions as required.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
Including but not limited to the following:

- Project plan and deliver new and existing software implementations.
- Support the delivery and set up of employee laptops and other hardware.
- Support other IT hardware roll outs from training perspective.
- Create a “help and support” area on our IMS.
- Assist employees in following organisional procedures relating to IT including data protection and cyber security.

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications and experience**
- Experience in IT Project Management e.g., PRINCE
- Proven working experience as an IT Trainer / Business Partner or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of current computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in training delivery
- Hands-on experience with creation of online learning systems network administration and network installation
- BSc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- A recognised training qualification
- Some knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JSON
- Open Text Content Server or other Content Management System
