We are looking for a brilliant new designer to join our inhouse Creative Team.

Delivering high quality solutions across our product portfolios, the ideal designer is a confident and inspired creative, likes to learn, a people person, and has the skills to think both commercially and conceptually to bring projects to life.

You’ll understand how to dissect content, identify solutions to meet the client’s needs and define hierarchy to create layouts in the most impactful and imaginative way.

What you will be doing:
Supporting HQ, Subsidiary and Distributor activities with original, innovative ideas for advertorial/editorial, exhibition stands, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.

Delivering on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.

Acting as a guardian of the Tristel brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality design world-wide.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Outstanding attention to detail and creativity.
- Awareness of the latest print and digital design processes.
- Confidence to articulate ideas and champion your designs.
- Ability to collaborate with the team and lead projects where required.
- Someone who listens, has empathy, and takes accountability.
