We are working with a global law firm who are looking for a Senior In-House Data Protection Lawyer to join their team in London or Manchester.
Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Reviewing and advising on the data privacy implications of a range of agreements, including client engagement terms, supplier agreements, and other third-party contracts and data sharing agreements.
- Assessing and responding to data breaches and putting in place containment/mitigation strategies in relation to the same.
- Assisting in creating and delivering ongoing data privacy training globally, including other awareness raising initiatives across the firm.
- Assisting in reviewing, monitoring and maintaining a suite of global data privacy policies and procedures.
Ideally you will be a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE in data protection law and have experience working within in a law firm. If you are not legally qualified but have still worked as part of an in-house data protection team focusing on the aboveresponsibilities please still get in touch
