Leading independent agent is looking for a bright and motivated **Sales Negotiator **to help drive sales market share and support the day to day operations of the business. You may already possess estate agency sales experience and looking to step up your career and responsibilities by joining an exciting and vibrant award winnng company that wants to help you build a successful career and be part of the long term growth and future success.

As a **Sales Negotiator **you will be joining a dynamic and progressive brand and dynamic team operating with a diverse property across South Devon. You are a positive and driven individual who enjoys being busy and working within a focussed team environment. You will be confident in demonstrating your history within agency tand how you can bring further value to our client's business.

**Responsibilities for this Estate Agent role will include**:

- Manage and prioritise business opportunities
- Provide a positive, initial point of contact for sellers and buyers
- Carry out viewings and gather buyer feedback
- Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice
- Refer customers who require advice on mortgage and conveyance products
