**Job Summary**

GreenMo UK Limited is looking for a full-time Driver and Warehouse Assistant to assist in the daily operations of vehicle movements, in and out from repair. The Driver will work closely with our scheduling team to assist in the recovery of vehicles and collection and distribution of stock and assets. The Assistant will also be responsible for supporting the workshop lead in keeping the warehouse safe and organised in the day to day operations of our servicing department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist Scheduling team in the recovery and delivery process, including but not limited to: recording all logistics events, using our data entry system to report vehicle movements and asset checks.
- Work closely with the workshop team to assist in the day-to-day organissation of the warehouse stock.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all jobs are fulfilled and repaired vehicles are returned on time.
- Assist in the daily order collections and dispatch process.
- Assist with daily warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills**:

- Full UK car driving license. Clean record on driving history.
- Experience driving Luton box van and in the London area.
- Physcially able to manouvre and load large, heavy bulky items. (Training will be given).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with customers, co-workers, and management at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work under pressure and react quickly under stress, both positive and negative.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (required)
- Driving: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
