Our highly regarded and professional client requires a **Chartered Surveyors -Residential Valuation Surveyor**for their busy offices in the **Gravesend / Canterbury / Maidstone**area**.**
You will be analytical and perceptive with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
**Skills: The skills required for this RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor role will include**:
- RICS / MRICS Registered valuer preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification.
- Valuation experience
- Highly motivated individual
- Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
- Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
- Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
- In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
