**Salary: Up to £27,900**

Spa Experience is hiring Spa Supervisors to join our team at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre to manager the spa operations.

As a Spa Supervisor with Spa Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a exclusive settings as well as with some of the best products around such as Elemis, Murad, Jessica, Fake Bake and La Sultane de Saba.

We’re looking for Supervisors to develop and manage the Spa Therapist team and oversee daily operations to ensure operating procedures and Health & Safety policies are adhered to whilst presenting a calm and luxurious environment for customers. You’ll deliver the Spa Experience brand through driving the retail, day spa programmes and treatments business. To ensure the highest quality of maintenance, cleanliness and customer service is delivered, you’ll assist with the recruitment and training of all Spa Therapists & Spa Assistants.

You should have extensive experience within a salon, spa or sales environment with a minimum of 1 year’s supervisory experience, minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and a First Aid at Work qualification. You’ll also be able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception, stock control, promotion, sales, staff development and ensuring excellent customer services whilst achieving business, financial and sales targets.
