Brokers Incorporated are currently looking for an Administrator, Insurance experience for this role is essential.

Brokers Incorporated are seeking to grow their team with a new Administrator with either a part-time or full time member of staff

Brokers Inc are an independent commercial Insurance brokerage based in Brentwood, Essex with a focus on the construction and motor trade sectors. The role will be full or part time, permanent position and will be office based. Full training on the systems and products will be provided

Examples of duties and responsibilities:

- Data entry for new case files and ensuring the accuracy of client information onto a central system
- Produce all relevant documentation, e.g. invoices, policies, certificates, endorsements to our clients
- Claims logging and data capturing
- Credit control
- General administrative support to the broking and management team
- Manage own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met
- Managing customer expectations and delivering excellent service
- Handing inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients

Essential Skills:

- 2 years previous Insurance Experience is essential - Experience with the Acturis system - Beneficial
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisation skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
