DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a **Vehicle Inspector** to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- To exceed and manage customer expectations by co-ordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to employees and affiliates.
- Ensure that the end to end experience for the customer is exceptional and that the handover of their new vehicle and the inspection of their return vehicle is thorough and to standard.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the processes and standards in the handover center are adhered to making the customer facing environment as comfortable as possible.
- To carry out all return vehicle inspections thoroughly, to agreed standard and timescales
- To carry out all inbound vehicle inspections and manage any issues in a timely manner

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (essential)
- Experienced Inspections and vehicle estimating
- Excellent customer service skills (essential)
- Full UK Driving License (essential)
- Knowledge in latest paint and SMART / Clever repair technologies
