We are looking for a talented and diverse consultant to join our team that is able to offer health and social care training but also consultancy around digital care planning systems.

Care Match UK is an accredited partner of Person Centred Software which is the most cutting edge technology available to the care home sector.
- Have an in depth knowledge of the CQC's standards and KLOE's
- Will have practical knowledge and skill of running care services
- Will have experience of using Person Centred Software from within a care provision
- Will be full of energy and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and the care sector.

**Salary**: £26,500 to £32,000
