Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a Resuscitation Trainer to join their team for the next 12 weeks. This will be a part time role working 15 hours per week with flexibility across 7 days, shifts will be 8am to 5pm.

**About the Trust**

**What you will be responsible for**
- Assist the resuscitation lead with the interpretation of national guidelines for resuscitation training and to participate in the review and development of trust guidelines and policies linked with resuscitation.
- Act as a clinical / educational resource in relation to resuscitation and anaphylaxis to all staff.
- With support from the resuscitation lead, propose and lead service audits and effective data management to ensure compliance and to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Participate in the resuscitation committee meeting and as required attend meetings on behalf of the resuscitation service.

The role will involve, but not limited to you performing the above.

**You will have the following qualification/experience**:

- A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Resuscitation Trainer within the last 3 years
- Resus Council UK resus officer
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
- Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
- Undertake regular mandatory training*

**Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.**
