RECRUITMENTiQ is working with one of the UK's leading Care providers to assist with their recruitment of Care And Support Workers for their Dunblane service.

Their services range from Secure, PICU and Acute, Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery, Personality Disorders, CAMHS, Eating Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Supported Living, Neuropsychiatric, Older Adults, Deafness and MentalHealth and Nursing Homes.

Care & Support Workers are vital in supporting adults who have learning disabilities or have complex needs, such as mental health or physical health issues.

**The Role**

The service has 12 en-suite bedrooms, two life skills kitchens, and a modern sensory room. Additionally, the Service has a large private garden with seating areas, a greenhouse, and a herb garden.

As a full-time employee, you will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Each month, we work a rolling schedule of 36 hours for week one and 48 hours for week two.

**During your shift, you will be:**
- Providing day-to-day assistance to residents
- Attending movies, swimming, zoos, and other outings with residents
- Assisting residents with key learning skills to promote independence and development
- Learning about individuals’ specific needs whilst becoming their key worker
- Participating in on-site activities with residents, such as sensory room therapy.
