Churchill Park is a purpose built school in West Norfolk for pupils with complex needs, who have recently become part of UNITY Education Trust.

We are at an exciting time in the continuing development and expansion of our school. We have a relatively new senior leadership team and have already made significant changes to the school organisation with high standards, curriculum and an innovative culture.

You will have a significant teaching commitment and the responsibility for the organisation and day to day management of the pathway.

We would like to hear from you if you are an outstanding practitioner with aspirations towards leadership and have the vision & energy to contribute to the strategic leadership of our school.

Applications from mainstream practitioners, who have some middle leadership experience and an interest or experience working with SEND pupils are welcomed.
