We are looking to recruit a Plant Operations Instructor for our training delivery arm; The National Construction College which is situated in Bircham Newton near King’s Lynn. (Norfolk).

If you are a Plant Operative and think you have the skills and ability to train the next generation or upskill the existing workforce in the Plant Sector, then why not apply. You do not need any formal teaching qualifications or experience; we will give you the training and development you need to achieve nationally recognised standards of teaching.

NCC’s Plant training facilities include a state-of-the-art simulator training provision which complements a multi-million-pound plant fleet.
