Responsibilities

Studio
- Working as part of the studio team, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of the studio on a day to day basis. Tasks such as setting up and preparing the studio spaces
- Ensuring that all client needs are taken care of as a priority
- Making teas, coffees and receiving catering for client shoots
- Ad hoc studio requirements which include: painting, cleaning, lifting heavy objects etc
- Receiving product deliveries and collections with couriers as required
- Liaising with the studio team to ensure supplies are monitored
- Opening and closing the studio based on team rota
- If studios need to be organised past 6pm, you would be expected to stay and help where necessary

Photography
- In house ecommerce photographer, working with the production and studio team to schedule shoot days.
- Ability to take, learn and respond to clear instructions on how to shoot our client's products
- Help to produce high quality assets and content, ensuring the creative is executed to a high standard
- Ensure the smooth-running of the day’s shoot: Adhering to the shoot schedule and keeping the Production team well informed
- QC all imagery at the end of the shoot day against client guidelines, before submitting to retouch.
- Learn and understand lighting requirements for ecom shoots, responsible for setting up and packing down your own sets as required.

Skills and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience within studio and industry background
- Proficient interpersonal, verbal communication and organisational ability
- A professional manner and good people skills for client facing and internal colleagues
- Ability to use own initiative and to work as part of a multi-functional team
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment
- Have good timekeeping and self-motivation
- Confident and upbeat persona. A team player who is resourceful and collaborative
- A keen eye for detail - an ability to be perceptive and understand client requirements as well as Lock

Studio’s needs
- Keen interest in developing knowledge and experience within the photographic industry

Key Skills
- Experience working within a studio or e-commerce background
- Proficient with Capture and Photoshop
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Full UK driving license desirable but not essential

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
