Our Live-in Care Assistants enable adults requiring care or support to remain independent and live in their own homes for as long as possible. If you have a caring nature and a desire to help those in your community, read on to find out more about a rewarding job as a Live-in Care Assistant.

We have some wonderful clients who need support living in their own home, in Surrey and West Sussex.

We provide home care services in the following towns, villages and surrounding areas:

- Redhill, Reigate, Betchworth, Dorking, Gatwick, Horley, Lingfield, Oxted, Godstone, Crawley, Horsham, Billingshurst, Forest Row, East Grinstead and Pulborough.
- Proactive person who can use your own decision making skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Can do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Empathetic to people and kind.
- Good communication skills.
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference.
- Driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Medication monitoring and/or assistance.
- Social duties include preparing and cooking meals, essential cleaning and shopping
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
- Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player :)
- Some Clients require personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
