Job description:
**Based in Lifton, Devon.**

**Salary £17,535.12 p/a.**

**24 hours per week over 3 days**

**We’re looking for someone who can**:

- Carrying out Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Audits, supporting the team in identifying the root cause and preventative measures to any actions identified.
- Conduct HACCP reviews with our multi-disciplinary team.
- Regularly audit Critical Control Points (CCPs), ensuring processes are being consistently followed and product safety is maintained.
- Undertake traceability exercises of our Finished goods and raw materials
- Maintain the quality management system via scheduled reviews of internal systems, retailer policies & certification standards.
- Support the maintenance and development of site Integrity systems.
- Support with external audits, providing information, and driving the close out of non-conformances that may be raised.

**The right person will**
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work independently to deadlines is essential
- Ideally be experienced in auditing in Food Manufacturing although full training will be provided
- Have an awareness of Food Safety, HACCP and Allergens
- Have a desire to undertake training and development
