Do you thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? The Welsh House Swansea is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Servers to join our team and bring the warmth of Welsh hospitality to life.

**The Role**:
As an Experienced Bar Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy their time at The Welsh House Swansea. Your key duties will include:

- Deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Have a thorough understanding of our extensive drink menu, including beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked, following all health and safety regulations.
- Accurately process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Build rapport with guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance their experience and increase sales.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a bar server or bartender in a busy, high-volume establishment.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the bar and restaurant staff to ensure a seamless service.
- Keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Understanding of the Welsh language is desirable.
