My client is a local authority that is looking to recruit an Estates Surveyor at any level of experience to join their commercial property team on a temporary basis with 6 months guaranteed work. **You will report into the Head of Estates and Legal Property to assist with the management of 2 non-operational buildings (commercial and arts based). Become a part of the substation project portfolio and increase your knowledge of landlord & tenantagreements, rent reviews, negotiations and land and property sales. This role will also assist with the pipeline of work that comes in day to day and will be supported by two chartered surveyors. The role has the potential to go permanent, but this is notguaranteed.**
