Whittaker Engineering (Stonehaven) Limited are an engineering and manufacturing company who service the marine, offshore and associated industries.

**Due to continued growth the Company are looking to recruit local experienced (minimum 10 years) time served platers for onshore work.**

**This role is based full time at our workshop in Stonehaven with offshore trips an option as and when required. Applicants must be willing to commute to this location.**

Platers need to have experience of working with all types of plate/sections, ferrous & nonferrous materials. Pipefitting experience would be beneficial. Interpretation of engineering drawings is essential.

Valid offshore certification preferred.

Excellent working conditions, remuneration package and benefits are available, with possible opportunities for overseas work.

All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, and be willing to commute.

**Salary**: From £18.17 per hour
