District Heating Administrator

As residential managing agent to over 127,000 unit of property across the UK RMG are responsible for the management of an increasing number of district heating systems within our blocks of properties. These district heating systems are often a low carbon solution to providing heating or energy supply over a large number of residential properties.
RMG are now recruiting for a Districting Heating Administrator who will coordinate and maintain relationship with our tenants and our tenant-billing supplier to ensure that bills are correct and any tenant queries are resolved quickly.
**Key duties will include**:
Liaise/maintain relationship with our 3rd party tenant billing supplier
Switching tenant billing suppliers when needed
Reconciliation of recharge funds
Ensure correct tariffs are in place and up to date for all tenants
Maintaining data integrity/ensuring that tenant billing supplier has correct tenant details at all time
Ensure all compliance regulations are adhered to
Instigate and monitor debt recovery for unpaid debt
Liaise with our Property Mangers to ensure that any repairs or breakdowns are reported

Uses effective listening skills and asks follow up questions to gain clarity in a situation in order to deliver the most suitable solution to customer requirements.
Ensure politeness and courtesy at all times to colleagues (both internal and external) and clients.
Be able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise and business like way to the audience.
Ensure all written communications are presented in a professional manner
Is able to provide support and guidance to internal/external customers
Highly organised and can work independently with mínimal supervision
Curios nature with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly
Good level of Maths in order to calculate standing charges or investigate recharge or billing issues
**Proficient across Microsoft Office packages**: Word, Outlook and Excel ( basic to intermediate level of Excel)
