We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Food Beverage Supervisor

Working accross our busy Bar, Bistro Banqueting department, the successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 year in a similar role under their belt. Supporting a team of approx 35 FB Assistants.

Our Bistro offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Alongside our bar area which serves locals and hotel guests.

**Requirements**:
As a Food Beverage Supervisor you will be expected to deputise for the Food Beverage Manager in their absence. You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team.

The ideal person will have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. Applications without experience will automatically be unsuccesful due to the nature of the role.

The succesful applicant will also be required to undertake Duty Manager shifts.

We are looking for someone who is **passionate** about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn. Please note, flexibility in shifts is required to meet the needs of the business, working days, weekends and late evenings.

**Duties will include**:

- Ensure departments are meeting set criteria, through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
- Supporting the department with a hands on approach
- Light admin duties
- To empower the team to be able to handle all guest feedback positive and negative.
- To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage operation.
- Ensure that Company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within all food and beverage areas.
- Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team.
- Deputise for the Food Beverage Manager in their absence.
