This role is simply pivotal to that journey. The question is, are you the Researcher Support Associate to provide the high level of service delivery to our researcher population?

**Can you do it?**:
The answer is “yes”, if you can provide first class administration support to assist in managing requests from ethical research organisations in accordance with respective procedures, systems, maintain databases and records accordingly, helping maintain processes and procedures according to quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 to provide support to the UK Biobank researcher community - enabling and empowering us to make our vital work even more impactful, for the benefit of millions of people.

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with expected 3 days per week in the office (based in Cheadle, Stockport until 2026 when we move to Manchester Science Park)

**Is this ‘You’?**:
Reporting into the Lead and Senior Associates, you’ll be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and/or service delivery in a fast-paced administration environment, proficient with using MS Office and CRM systems, passionate about meeting deadlines/ objectives and seeing issues through to resolution - in a team that is helping shape world health for generations to come. Strong written communication is a must
