We are looking for a talented individual to join our team on a **Full Time** and **Permanent basis** as a **Laundry Supervisor** situated at our **Wickford** Operations Centre. You’d be working for our BeSafe Division which is part of the phs Group - the leading Hygiene Services provider in the UK.

**A day in the life of a Laundry Supervisor with phs will involve**:

- Supervise the on-site laundry and processes in compliance with company procedures.
- To process all garments for washing to quality standards set by PHS.
- Ensure all laundry equipment and associated items are maintained according to manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
- Keeping all records up to date
- Resolving issues with machinery breakdown
- Deputise for the Service Manager in their absence.
- Full UK diving licence to assist in the movement of the PHS vehicles
- Understanding of laundry systems, machinery and processes
- A methodical and logical way of working
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with individuals and groups, both orally and in writing
- An ability to learn new systems quickly
- Creative approach to problem solving.
