The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) champions the power of planning in creating prosperous places and vibrant communities. We represent over 27,000 members worldwide, supporting them throughout their careers. We shape planning policy, raise professional standards and are the only body in the UK to confer Chartered status to planners, the highest professional qualification.

Membership Assistants also provide a high standard of customer care, responding to written and telephone enquiries, manging inboxes, giving advice on eligibility for all classes of membership. This includes providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the APC webinars.
