The Food & Drinks Runner role involves a range of duties, including; the service of food on tables, preparing the dumbwaiters for service, ensuring high standards of presentation, providing attentive service, and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Additional duties will include: Guest interaction, Hosting tables, Maximising sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving add-on sales, Wine service.
