We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team. You will contribute to the ongoing success of the business, through ensuring quality and efficiency in all areas of the business. You will pride yourself on following, building, and maintaining systems and processes that assist the business to excel further in sales, production, deliveries and marketing. Your focused energy, organisation, flexibility and enthusiasm will ensure a smooth operation of our production and sales team as well as the ongoing development of the business.

Key deliverables
- Ensure works are planned and manufactured on time and to meet monthly financial targets
- Manage production schedules to meet client’s delivery requirements
- Produce detailed fortnightly production plans with the workshop manager to check on the completion of jobs and reactively update the schedule
- Maintain weekly reporting between production and sales
- Create and maintin systems to track workflow, materials and product consistency
- Check all job information is complete and correct, liaising with sales in a timely manner to collect information
- Maintain an up-to-date materials price list
- Organise the delivery of completed furniture; creating delivery documentation, coordinating with sales for deadlines, liasing with delivery partners for dates.
- Liaising with customers to arrange sign off and delivery
- Carry out internal marketing administration
- Carry out basic website updates and maintenance
- Gather materials for our PR and marketing agency
- Maintaining marketing documents

- You will be able to evidence successful efficiency developments in previous roles
- Your experience will demonstrate _exceptional_ attention to detail
- You will relish the independence of thinking on your feet, organising your to-do list and prioritising your tasks
- You will be able to keep track of multiple workstreams for different tasks and have a reliable memory and meticulous nature
- You will have excellent time management skills. Multitasking and working with strict time constraints are a daily challenge
- Verbal communication, problem-solving and listening skills are essential for this role
- You will be easily adaptable with a can-do attitude and the willingness to get involved in finding solutions for problems outside of your normal remit
- Your maturity will ensure you respond calmly and professionally when under pressure

We are a small and rapidly growing team working together in our modern Cotswold workshop to produce luxury furniture for clients in the UK and internationally.
