**Insight Specialist**

Are you an experienced insight specialist looking to take on a role where you can have a direct impact on the strategic direction of our fundraising, innovation and marketing functions?

We are currently hiring for an Insight Specialist to join GOSH Charity and play a pivotal role in delivering the marketing and communications strategy.

This is a varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Act as the lead Insight Specialist servicing the needs of the Charity’s fundraising, marketing and innovation teams.
- Deliver and communicate high quality primary and secondary research which will underpin direct strategic planning.
- Present data and insights in compelling reports and presentations.

**About You**

We’re looking for an Insights Specialist with:

- Previous experience managing large and small research projects.
- Experience translating data to key insights for inform stakeholders.
- An expert in market research.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to produce summary level information of large, complicated data sets for a range of audiences.
- Strong understanding of trends in the fundraising marketplace.

**About the Team**

You’ll work within the Fundraising Strategy & Integration team and as part of the wider Fundraising & Marketing directorates.

The Strategy & Integration Team works across the Fundraising directorate to review, set and monitor performance against the fundraising strategy and set priorities.

The team works as the centralised strategic lead for the charity’s integrated fundraising appeals and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver transformational results
