Millfield Science and Performing Arts College is a vastly oversubscribed and successful 11 to 16 school on a journey to outstanding. Our motto is to ‘Create Bright Futures’ for all our students and we have a commitment to staff wellbeing, workload and regular, high-quality CPL. In September 2020, we began the exciting step into our school becoming a Dynamic Learning Community: where staff collaborate and use evidenced-based research and coaching to improve their teaching practice.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic middle leader who is committed to ensuring every child is stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.

This vacancy would suit an outstanding teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning and is driven to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
