This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of this Home Care Service.

**Main responsibilities**

This role will coordinate Nightingale Home Care Staff systems and service care delivery.
- Deliver service outcomes and personal care in an efficient and effective way, ensuring compliance to meet business and legislative requirements
- Engage with external parties in a professional and accountable manner, representing the business in a positive and knowledgeable manner to export and facilitate discussions with stakeholders in relation to business capacity and securing of future business
- Be able to carry out confidently on call duties.

**ACCOUNTABILITY**

As a registered employee with SSSC, the post holder will be accountable for his/her development.

Participate and contribute to companies Supervision Policies.

Participate in and contribute to the preparation of service business and team development plans

This job requires contact with vulnerable groups; therefore, the post holder will require to gain/maintain PVG membership.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Professional qualification in Health & Social Care, SVQ2/3 or equivalent.
- Registration with the appropriate professional body
- Use of software systems within a home care/social care setting.
- Computer literate with an ability to record appropriately and produce suitable documents
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise demands
- Ability to work with other agencies and disciplines in a partnership and collaborative approach
- Good assessment and recording skills
- Good understanding of situations which affect clients using the service.
- Ability to behave in a consistent and reliable manner
- Ability to travel efficiently and effectively where required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
