We are also looking for early stage professionals, a degree is not essential. Any professional experience could be desirable. **What is Executive Search -**

Executive Search is the process of identifying, managing, and placing exceptional senior executives from across the globe. Focusing on C-suite and board level appointments (such as Presidents, CEO’s, Directors) across both the public and private sectors.

Working closely with your partners, this specialised genre of recruitment involves working against a detailed brief to source the best person available on the market.

The most elite consultants will work in retained fashion, where a small percentage of the fee is paid up front to engage and commence the search campaign.

The premium exec industries consist of: Built Environment (Construction), Life Sciences (Pharma), Finance (Banking) and Consumer Goods (Luxury products/Beauty/Health/Fashion).

**Day to day responsibilities -**

The main objective of a consultant is to unearth a vacancy. A vacancy is a problem to a business, and you have the solution At this juncture negotiation is an essential skill, you will be agreeing terms and conditions that will structure the relationship moving forward. We are looking for committed relationships with reputable brands.

Managing the recruitment process is a huge undertaking and constitutes a large portion of this career. How you prepare and debrief at each stage will massively dictate how effective you are.
