Adecco Public Sector are currently looking to recruit a Migration Coordinator to join our client at the West Midlands Strategic Migration Partnership.

**Purpose of the Post**:
To lead on the promotion of the West Midlands Migration Partnership key projects, new business, development of information and communication with the West Midlands Migration Partnership team.

This is a hybrid role of remote working and working from Wolverhampton Civic Centre.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage stakeholder information, including collating, analysing, and presenting data and communications.

To work in partnership to co-ordinate activity linked to the promotion and development of the Partnership, including utilising all sources of communication methods.

Lead on the implementation of varied new projects, including working with Partnership Management on developing appropriate governance and reporting arrangements.

Manage progress of projects as required and identify / take action to deal with any potential issues and mitigation of risks that might jeopardise the achievement of objectives and benefits, reporting progress to the Project Lead.

Foster productive working relationships with key partners and funders to deliver project and grant agreement outcomes to ensure a shared understanding of migration, new projects and new business objectives and milestones.

To work with stakeholders to develop a shared approach to identifying barriers, service improvement and promoting new work/projects and co-ordinating through the Partnership.

Play a key role with Partnership Officers and Partnership Manager in the development and design of projects and monitoring arrangements.

To produce reports, manuals, procedures, and policy information which can be used at to support the development of the Partnership, strategy, and practice at regional and local authority level for migration.

To put in place effective communication and information systems to share information with all partners, stakeholders, and others in a consistent manner around migration issues.

To develop consistent migration and asylum data, identifying gaps and seeking solutions to improve the sourcing, assimilation, and presentation of information.

To ensure that all projects, structures, and funding proposals have robust governance and monitoring arrangements developed from the start and sustain good quality standards.

To identify funding and development opportunities to support the advance of partnership work on migration in the region and work with local authorities and partners agencies to maximise funding streams.

To provide an effective and efficient secretariat, event management, programme and develop communications plan for designated area of work to include projects and holding regional seminars.

To support and lead the development of responses to project related policy and anticipate risks and issues for the partnerships to enable consistent delivery to the vulnerable.

To ensure the smooth running of the team base, including staff supervision as appropriate and associated provision.

To monitor elements of the Partnership budget, and manage this in accordance with the hosting organisations standing orders, audit, procurement, and finance regulations.
