Retail Sales Associate

Norwich, United Kingdom Warings Furniture Full time

Warings Lifestore is a home interiors store with in-house cafe - this role is working within the interiors section of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently & carry out whole store administrative tasks via Word and Excel documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
