Production Operative

NEW PAY RATES

£100 ATTENDANCE BONUS EVERY 3 MONTHS

£400 SIGN ON BONUS

Work Wales are currently working alongside a well-established company in Capel Hendre and looking for experienced production assembly operators to join the existing team.

Main duties will include but won't be limited to:

- using automated and manual machinery to produce pipe components in line with company procedure to ensure high quality output
- operate machines in accordance with SSoW processes in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others
- being responsible for health and safety within your own work area
- data recording both electronic and manual
- attending and contributing to team and company meetings, toolbox talks and training both internal and external

The shifts available are:
6am-2pm

2pm-10pm

10pm-6am

Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £10.55 - £11.71 per hour

Competitive overtime rates

£400 SIGN ON BONUS

£200 if taken on permanently after 12 weeks

£200 on completion of probationary period

£100 ATTENDANCE BONUS EVERY 3 MONTHS
