**Location: SERC Downpatrick**

**Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday-**
**13:00-15:00, Friday 13:00-17:00.**

The Administrator shall be responsible for:

- Proactive call handling to ensure all orders are attended/ completed in accordance with strict contract KPIs
- Reporting back to clients and operational teams on works progress and completion.
- Being first point of contact for client queries/ complaints
- Preparing and submitting early warning notices for financial uplift requests
- Processing of client variation orders
- Operating a paper-based systems as necessary to compliment the operating software including back-up systems.
- Checking engineers’ timesheets against worksheets, and processing weekly labour costings
- Raising purchase orders for engineers/ sub-contractors
- Running daily/ weekly reports to ensure data accuracy/ provide information for client/ GAM management team
- General administration duties as and when required.
- Any other duties required to ensure an effective and efficient helpdesk service is delivered in accordance with
- GRAHAM ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.

**About You**:
**_ Essential _**_Criteria_**
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or equivalent
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar helpdesk
- Demonstrate relevant experience in an administration or office environment._ _
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

**Desirable**
- Experience in IFS software or similar system
- Experience of facilities management or a related service industry
