Roofer

Overview: We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and using various tools and equipment. Responsibilities: - Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings - Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofs - Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues - Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions - Install insulation and vapor barriers - Fabricate and install flashing to prevent water penetration - Use power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery to complete roofing tasks - Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment - Skilled in measuring, cutting, and shaping roofing materials - Capable of heavy lifting and working at heights - Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills - Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Note: A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
