Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability

Join us as an Enquiry Handler in our Cambridge Hospital and play your part in building a healthier nation.

You will be joining this high performing team of experienced Enquiry Handlers / Private Patient Sales Executives who consistently receive excellent feedback. You will be responsible with the team for delivering excellent customer service to patients who will be calling requiring information, appointments and general enquiries.

The opportunity

**As our Enquiry Handler you will support the team with**:
Adopt ethical techniques to convert enquiries to outpatient appointments, procedures or tests
Generating/following up on leads through the CRM system
Meeting team targets and growing the self-pay proposition
Attend patient information events (in person and virtually) to represent the hospital, consultants and our services
Learn skills required to assist in booking outpatient appointments
Input to customer communication planning, and build close working relationships with key stakeholders such as Consultants and Medical Secretaries

The person

**To succeed as an Enquiry Handler, you will need**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
Motivation with good organisational skills
Call centre background ideally - pleased to deal with taking a high volume of calls in a fast paced environment.
Experience of Salesforce would be beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided
Experience in healthcare, sales or customer facing roles would be beneficial
