**Residential Boarding and Performing Arts Assistant**

Oswestry School seeks a residential boarding and performing arts assistant to support performing arts, boarding and the wider life of this busy school from September 2024 until July 2025. The role is necessarily residential and will involve coaching, general supervision and administration during the day, as well as providing boarding supervision and activity leadership on some weekends and evenings.

As a residential position, all costs, board and lodgings, are provided. A medical support package and use of facilities help emphasise that Oswestry School is a community which cares for its employees.
