A vacancy has arisen for a Rail Loading MFO to join our team within our new Operations and cleaning of a Biomass handling & storage facility contract at the Port of Tyne.

The Rail Loading MFO role exists to load the Biomass into the storage rail hopper and rail wagons via materials handling system, flowing a 12 hours shift pattern.

Hargreaves Industrial Services provide an operations, and cleaning service to our client at the Port of Tyne Biomass handling facility.

We are responsible for the safe movements and handling of Biomass following discharge from vessels and the despatch of loaded rail wagons within the Port.

The role briefly encompasses the following duties: - _**

Loading of Biomass into storage rail hopper and rail wagons via materials handling system (Auto and manually controlled)

Ensure rail wagons are loaded to the correct weights

Ensure loading is completed within agreed timings and exit slots are achieved.

Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to support the rail loading operation

Understanding of Safe Working Procedures.

Attend any meetings or training sessions as required
- Industrial cleaning of Biomass storage and operational areas
- Train loading watchman
- FEL operations
- Hopper operations
- Biomass material condition monitoring

- IOSHH working safely (Min standard - training given)
- Experience of working within a materials handling environment
- Previous experience working within a Biomass handling environment (Desirable)
- IPAF licence (Desirable)
- Experience with using fixed and portable vacuum systems.
- COMPEX training desirable however training will be available
