**Trucking Planner**

We develop intelligent systems and processes, which we continuously develop to stay ahead of the curve and solve the latest challenges in logistics.

**Duties (to include but are not limited to)**:

- Planning, organising and co-ordinating ferry bookings
- Using in house transport management system to monitor and update
- Utilisation of Ferry companies own portal systems
- Customs formalities / entering & completion of customs processes
- General data base processing

The role involves interaction with partners and colleagues from Ewals’ offices throughout Europe. You will need to be able to multitask and be accurate in verifying and informing information

**Hours of work consists of a rotating shift pattern**:

- Monday to Friday 07:00hrs to 16:00hrs
- Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:0hrs
- Monday to Friday 10:00hrs to 19:00hrs

**Person Specification**:

- Office experience (2 year office experience that demonstrates transferable skills)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external parties
- Good IT skills
- Organised
- Methodical and Analytical
