DXM are currently seeking Drivers Mates/Porters for home delivery work in the Cumbernauld area.

**Training**:
2 Days of training in a classroom setting followed by 1 day of on the job training with a driver and drivers mate. Training will be compensated for after completion of your first week on shift.

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday to Friday Dayshift

**Duties**:

- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow instructions from the driver regarding routes and delivery schedules
- Help with navigation and provide directions when necessary
- Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, are completed accurately and on time

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience as a driver's mate or in a similar role is preferred but not required
