The Queen Elizabeth has an exciting opportunity for a role providing administrative support to enable smooth running in all aspects of the Women and Men's Health speciality, in particular the organisation of out-patient clinics.

As the successful post holder, you will also provide chaperoning support during completion of intimate or close examinations for outpatients attending the Women’s and Men’s Health Physiotherapy service who are being assessed by the Physiotherapists, which may involve inspection, internal examination of the pelvic floor complex (vaginal and/or ano-rectal areas) and any appropriate treatment identified from assessment performed by the Physiotherapist.

The administrative tasks that will be included within this role, but not limited to:

- To be responsible for receiving and processing specialty referrals from various sources to facilitate triaging
- To book out-patient appointments for the various clinics within the speciality
- To ensure the recording of treatment information in conjunction with other Rehabilitation Services data support clerks
