The post holder will deliver an accredited advice service through a number of channels including: face to face, drop-in, phone, online and via outreach, in areas identified as having high levels of deprivation or isolation. You will deliver training and information sessions to individuals and groups in community settings to build community capacity to manage the cost of living crisis. You will be supported to develop in-depth knowledge in key advice areas to deliver high quality casework to a range of clients.
