**Care Assistant (UK Based)**

**We are looking for a Care Assistant with weekend availability to join our friendly team**

**Care Assistant role -**
- Providing care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes
- A range of support with personal care
- Household tasks, medication support and companionship
