We are seeking a highly motivated customer-centric individual to join our fast-growing private GP clinic as a HCA Phlebotomists. As a member of our HCA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our esteemed clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our clinic while providing a seamless experience to our members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have worked in a recent health care environment
- Be able to demonstrate competence in phlebotomy skills through certification and observation.
- Competent IT skills
- Positive energy and a courteous manner
- Will be a “team player” and willing to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service to members, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and privacy at all times. Act as a trusted resource, providing accurate information about clinic services, pricing, and policies.
- Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise communication with members and internal stakeholders. Document member interactions, enquiries, and requests accurately and comprehensively in the clinic's database. Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless handover between team members.

Attributes:

- Previous experience in phlebotomy essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in the healthcare industry.

Role Particulars:

- The clinic is open from 08.00-18.00 and you will be asked to work any hours during opening times based on the needs of the business.
- Your usual working day will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Staff are required to work one Saturday morning in 4, this will be paid as additional hours worked.
- 1 Hour for Lunch
- Free Tea & Coffee
