**Role Overview**:
**Progress Tutor** As a Progress Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the progress, performance, and wellbeing of a designated group of students. Your commitment to excellence will shine through as you engage with students on their academic and personal journeys, ensuring their growth and success. This is a full-time position and the working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster positive relationships with students, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with parents and carers, establishing open lines of communication to ensure a holistic support system.
- Monitor and track student attendance, achievements, and retention rates to facilitate timely interventions.
- Skillfully manage safeguarding concerns, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive college environment, promoting an atmosphere of growth and learning.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine passion for working with young people and aiding in their development.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Possession of an enhanced DBS on the update service and satisfactory references is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is highly valued.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of students.
