The Senior Structural Engineer job itself, which will report directly to the Design Director, who is looking to retiring in the next few years, so the role offers growth and progression. More specifically:

- Producing structural designs (member and panel sizing in addition to connection designs), involved in both live projects and at tender stage
- Working on sketches and marked up drawings to ensure clarity of design intent
detailed calculations
- Attending meetings with key stakeholders (eg Main Contractors, Consulting Engineers, Architects and Clients)
- Working closely with your internal colleagues, including giving advice to the Contracts, Estimating and Commercial departments

**You will have**

To be successful as Senior Structural Engineer you will have a healthy mix of the following:

- Good academic record, educated to MEng or MSc level,
- Experience in managing a team
- Chartered status with ICE or IStructE
- An interest in offsite construction even if you have limited experience
